A very effective technique to gain fluency for a PWS is using Oratory.
Oratory is about both the contents and the way you use your vocal cords to produce sound so that your talking becomes attractive for yourself and others in line with many other benefits such as boosting the influence.
Vocal cords (folds) are means you have to produce sound.
Pitch: frequency of a sound - low or high - for human it's between 20Hz to 20,000 Hz - almost all languages use pitch to express emotions and other intonations
How?
Be aware of your tone of voice, the pitch and frequency of sound you produce while talking.
Why?
- The focus of PWS will be changed from stammering to tone of voice and pitches of speaking. This distraction and change in focus resutls in having a fluent and attractive communication.
- It helps increasing confidence as well
- It not only affects your communication it also affects your relationship with others
- If it's used properly, it can have enormous power in influencing others because your speech will be more attractive
