Develop Your Confident Tone of Voice

Fear of stammering can naturally lead us to have a weak and unconfident tone of voice when talking with other people whereas we deserve to have a strong, confident and friendly tone of voice.

I don't care if I stammer or not but I do care about the tone of my voice. Stronger the tone of voice, the happier and more confident you become. It may take more energy from you but the confidence it automatically gives you pays it off.

Practice:
  • Read a book for 5 minutes with your strong tone of voice every day
  • Specify SMART goals about your tone of voice and practice them with others
Warning:
This can be very dangerous as well since people take you much more serious and what you say has more power and can offend other people very easily.
