Take full responsibility of your stammering, accept it and know that with practice, it can be eased.
Be committed to dedicate 15 minutes a day to practice speech techniques, improving your voice and learning new stuff, or just reviewing the old stuff.
With practice you will strengthen that part of your brain which is responsible for speech.
It's very important to stay positive and review the good memories you have about the events where and when you overcame the fear and disfluency. If it has happened once, it could also happen again.
