When You Stammer Smile!

Problem:
By default, when you stammer you often become sad or angry because you couldn't speak fluently or you couldn't communicate in a way that you wanted.

This sadness or anger often is reflected on your face naturally and consequently results in making other people feel uncomfortable even if they don't show it. In addition, it does result in stammering more.

Smile:
One great technique to overcome this, is to smile specifically when you stammer or block :)

Smile to yourself and others when you stammer and try to be joyful.

This has enormous benefits that words can't describe. I have written in another blog about its effects but specifically for stammering it's extremely useful.

Do this and you will see that both you and the other people you talk with will be more at ease and comfortable.

Next:
Right now, set a SMART goal to practice this today and master this beautiful skill.
