Our brain maybe works much faster than our tongue can handle to speak out and that could be one of the reasons we stutter. Whenever I manage to get them balanced together, I become more fluent.
Generally, the more problems you solve, the stronger you become. The more you use your brain, the more powerful it becomes since brain works like a muscle.
I know it is said that intelligence generally is 50% environment and 50% DNA but I mean as we PWS have speech difficulties and need to try, think and find ways for improving our communication that automatically makes us more intelligent than a normal person. Although I don't know whether it is scientifically proven that PWS are more intelligent but intelligence is something that needs to be worked on, learnt and developed every day further.
