Develop The Skill to Forgive Yourself Quickly

We all make mistakes but nothing is worse and more destructive for our emotional and physical health than being in the state caused by our mistakes in life; regret, sadness, self-blame and anger.

When you master the skill to learn from the mistake and forgive yourself quickly then no matter you stammer or not, you value yourself beyond the way you'd speak at times which would dramatically improve your self esteem and as a result you will feel the freedom to enjoy being yourself.

As long as you have a consistent voice development plan/practices (e.g. 30minutes a day), I'll assure you that it's the best approach to always forgive yourself quickly, move on and be joyful.

Even more important to remember, there is no mistake in not speaking fluently; that's the way you are, love yourself as you are.
