Can You Truly Accept, Respect and Love Yourself?

Of Course You Can. The appropriate attitude of yours about yourself can make you everlastingly prosperous and joyful in life.

Know That:

It's not your fault to have stammer. It's not anyone's or anything's fault.

Stuttering is not a mistake needing forgiveness.

There is nothing to be sorry about. There is nothing to apologize for.

Have no regret for the past experiences; don't feel guilty about it. Guilt brings punishment and pain but you don't need them.

You don't have to become or stay frustrated and sad when you stammer.

You don't have be frustrated when people are not patient enough to listen to you.

You don't have to hide your stammering by avoiding situations, words and events and pretending that you're fluent like many others; you're unique.

You don't have to spend all your day thinking and worrying about how you speak.

You don't have to keep criticizing yourself or others.

Therefore Change Your Inner World and Your Outer World Will Change:

Stop blaming yourself or others because of your stammer.

Stop denying the fact that you sometimes stammer or sometimes are fluent.

It's OK not to be perfect, no one is perfect.

Truly Accept Yourself as you are a unique person; no one on earth is utterly like you.

Entirely Respect Yourself as you are; you deserve the best life has to offer.

Above all Sincerely Love Yourself as You Are specially when you stammer in which case you can be everlastingly and truly happy and have deep peace within.

An automatic positive consequence of loving yourself is that, you find it much easier and natural to love and respect others.

Utterly APPRECIATE Yourself, your own attempts to practice developing your voice further or any other attempt or investments you put on developing your speech or other aspects of your life.

Another consequence of loving/respecting yourself is that you become more CREATIVE. I'm not sure how/why this works but I've genuinely experienced that I become more more creative full of ideas when I feel truly loving/appreciating myself; I'd presume it's because I see the world differently.

Be blessed and bless others.

At the same time, focus on developing the other skills of yours further; technology-related, business and financial intelligence, emotional intelligence, management and leadership skills, etc.
