Manage the Block

What?
We need a technique to modify the block. The block could disable our lives.

How?
When there is a block, take your time to:
  • Release the block
  • Exhale, relax and let it go
  • Inhale deeply
  • Bounce on the word you were going to block
Resist the time pressure. It's your right to do it.

Why?
In this way, the block can be modified and the pressure can be taken away.

Next:
  • Practice about 10 minutes every day so that it gets absorbed in your subconscious
