How did I get rid of my phone phobia?

Words can't properly describe how hard it could be to live with phone phobia (making or receiving calls), having lived with the pain for 30 years.

The day I said enough is enough was the day I promised myself to get it resolved and I'll pay all the costs!

I've always believed in my inner divine wisdom to guide me through every stage of life, which courses are best for me to take, which books are best to read, which mindset, thoughts, actions and words serve me best.

This is how I did it. I simply overwrote my subconscious mind by committing to a set of helpful actions, thoughts and words long enough UNTIL the harvest time arrived!

1) Changing job to force myself speaking on the phone

2) Reading books, watching videos, etc about how to overwrite/reprogram my subconscious and generally how the subconscious works.

3) Learning from good books about stammering and its complications. Knowing my own thoughts and feelings much better. Reaching a degree of self-awareness and being empowered to direct and manage my own thoughts and feelings. Totally accepting and respecting myself, regardless of  all weaknesses and strengths.

3) Learning The Best Way to practice speaking; specially the Starfish and Mcguire Program.

4) Practice daily and finding a bespoke approach that works best for me

5) Increasing self-confidence and self-esteem by every possible action

6) and most important of all, enjoying the process!

Therefore, I let myself evolve step by step and gradually to a helpful direction that now I constantly feel I have full control over my speech and got rid of the old fears and worries. Being empowered to take risks and experience new things.
